Step 01: Inspection
We walk the floor with our client to understand the project needs and identify problem area and complete a hardness test.
Step 02: Problem Areas
We start with the worst stains, pits, and other problem areas identified during inspection. Repair cracks, holes and fill control joints (if applicable).
Step 03: Grinding
Next we grind the floor to create a new flat and clean surface that can then be sealed and polished.
Step 04: Polish
Then we polish the floor to customers desired level of sheen from a matte finish to high gloss.
Step 05: Staining and Densifying
Next, we apply a floor hardener that strengthens and colors the floor to your specifications.
Step 06: Sealant
We apply a sealant (topical or penetrating) to protect the concrete and minimize staining
